Team & role overview
As Senior Partner Manager for the Norwegian market at GoWish/Ønskeskyen, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth, expanding our partner ecosystem, and maximizing the value of some of our most important Norwegian webshop partners.
You will be responsible for both acquiring new Norwegian e-commerce partners and developing and growing existing collaborations. A central part of the role is to ensure strong visibility of GoWish/Ønskeskyen across partner webshops through integrations such as the wishlist button and other digital touchpoints that drive user engagement and conversion.
This is a highly commercial role where success is defined by your ability to create new business, grow existing partnerships, and continuously identify opportunities that increase both partner value and platform usage. You will operate in a fast-growing market within a rapidly scaling global platform, where Norway has already established a strong user base and continues to expand with ambitious growth targets ahead.
You will report to the Head of Sales Norway and work closely with a dynamic commercial team focused on accelerating growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
Drive new business development across Norwegian e-commerce and webshop partners
Develop and grow existing partnerships through upselling and performance optimization
Ensure strong integration and visibility of GoWish/Ønskeskyen (e.g. wishlist button and other webshop integrations) across partner platforms
Conduct proactive, sales-driven outreach and manage structured sales meetings (not classic cold canvas)
Identify and execute commercial growth opportunities across both new and existing partners
Use data, insights, and performance tracking to optimize partner success and conversion impact
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Norwegian e-commerce ecosystem
Contribute to increasing platform adoption and user growth in the Norwegian market
Support scaling of successful partnerships across markets as part of a global platform expansion
Who you are 🌟
You have a strong commercial mindset and are motivated by driving growth, closing deals, and developing partnerships
You have experience in sales, account management, or partner management, preferably within digital platforms or e-commerce
You are a natural relationship builder who can establish trust and act as a credible commercial partner to webshops and brands
You are proactive and structured in your approach to sales, with experience driving outreach and managing sales meetings
You are data-driven and use insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
You have strong business understanding and can translate market trends into concrete commercial actions
You thrive in a high-growth environment where ownership, pace, and execution are key to success
You are comfortable balancing new business acquisition with long-term partner development
It is expected that you are fluent in Norwegian written and spoken, as Norway is your primary market.
