Team & role overview

As a Creator Partnership Specialist, you will drive revenue and growth through creator partnerships where Ønskeskyen connects Brands x Creators x Ønskeskyen via campaigns, bookings, and longer-term collaborations. You will help bring more creators onto the platform while owning the commercial side selling Ønskeskyen creator campaigns to brands. You own the process from opportunity to executed campaign, in close collaboration with the Sales team.

Responsibilities:

Sales & deal closing (together with the Sales team):

• Sell Ønskeskyen creator campaigns to brands (pitching, packaging, negotiation, and closing)

• Build and manage a pipeline of brand opportunities and drive momentum from lead → deal

Creator growth (more creators on the platform):

• Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with creators (and agents where relevant)

• Maintain a strong creator pipeline to ensure availability, quality, and repeat collaborations

Creator/brand matching & campaign setup:

• Match the right creators, formats, and deliverables to brand goals, audience fit, and performance potential

• Define scope and expectations to ensure strong outcomes for both brand and creator

Creator briefs (core focus):

• Create clear, high-quality creator briefs covering objectives, key messages, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and KPIs

• Ensure alignment across brand, creator, Sales, and internal stakeholders - minimizing friction and maximizing execution quality

Planning & execution (end-to-end):

• Project-manage campaigns from start to finish: timelines, assets, feedback loops, approvals, delivery, and quality control

• Ensure a professional experience and high-quality output for both creators and brands.

What we’re looking for 🌟

• Proven B2B sales experience and ability to drive conversations to closing

• Experience in creator/influencer marketing, campaigns, booking, and/or commercial project management

• Strong at briefing: translating brand needs into clear creator deliverables

• A performance mindset.

• A structured operator who can manage multiple campaigns in parallel

• A strong relationship-builder; professional communication with creators, agents and brands

• Comfortable working with KPIs
